were selected by means of a two-round review process.The first round consisted of the normal review process for papers submitted to the PRASA organising committee for presentation at the PRASA 2003 workshop.The first phase of thc second round stalted by first screening and rating all 31 papers presented at the PRASA 2003 workshop by the selected panel of reviewers.From this first screening we selected 17 papers for the second review cycle.Of the papers selected by this process ten met the publication deadline.
