Analysis of Research and Trends in Online Review: A Perspective

Contemporarily, plenty of literatures focus on analyzing the online reviews. According to those online comments, researchers are able to capture lots of the useful information, e.g., posters’ opinions, authenticities of the reviews, and the key information. In order to excavate more concise and comprehensive information, we review different research papers from above aspects. Based on their results and methods, the differences are demonstrated between proposed models from the literature. Moreover, suggestions are given for future research directions, which will be guideline for researchers, especially freshman. Besides, this paper also benefits for consumers to make wise decisions and practitioners to promote market efficiency.
