Securing Azure Functions with API Management

You can build APIs using HTTP-triggered Azure functions. These APIs interact with the databases and perform CRUD operations. You need to have granular control over the incoming requests and outgoing responses for the APIs developed using Azure Functions. It is highly essential to secure these APIs and control the header, body, and other necessary aspects for the API calls. You should be able to control who can consume these APIs, and only the subscribed developers should have access to them. All these requirements can be achieved by integrating the API Management service with HTTP-triggered Azure functions. All requests and responses to an HTTP-triggered Azure function should pass through the API Management service. You can control these requests and responses at a granular level using API Management.
