Stability Technology Of Wind Speed Indication In Underground Coal Mine

The sensor based on pitot tube principle in coal mine is affected by the installation position, temperature and humidity, dust, surrounding electrical equipment and other electromagnetic interference, resulting in large fluctuation of sensor indication and inaccurate measurement. The structure of S-type pitot tube is improved to enhance the EMC performance of sensor power supply and communication circuit interface, and soft filtering algorithm is used to suppress the stability of sensor measurement value. Compared with the traditional wind speed sensor test, the problem of data fluctuation has been improved obviously.
