Drawing is one of the main educational activities for children, and tracing over a drawing’s shaded lines is a technique for learning drawing. Tracing drawings digitally using a tablet and stylus is a great learning method because it is a green option that also increases motivation in children. In addition, when a tracing is digital, computations can be applied on it directly. In this paper, a new system is proposed for evaluating tracings in order to give immediate feedback about the performance to the user. Performance feedback is important for learning. This system was implemented in a new mobile application called "Draw with Me". The application can be used by children to practice drawing on their own, and as a result, it is also helpful for distance learning. User usability testing was performed for the application, and it achieved great results.
