Structured Query Language (SQL) is a language designed for managing data in a relational database. SQL window functions generate a result with some attributes of an individual row together with the results of the window function. Many organizations store a large amount of data within SQL Server by using different application software. The average of the dataset is calculated by dividing the total sum by the number of values in the dataset. In a sorted list of numbers, the median value is the middle number and can be more descriptive of that dataset than the average. Data munging is the phase of data transformation. It transforms data into various states so that it is simpler to work and understand the data. The data generated from the reports of various application software often results in complex and large datasets. Data filtering is one of the major steps involved in data science due to various reasons.
