The data of the Internet of Things has an extremely important value, but based on the existing data sharing mechanism, there will be inevitable security risks, such as node failure and data leakage. In the process of using blockchain technology to achieve efficient and reliable data sharing, data will inevitably be missing, redundancy and other anomalies. We propose an anomaly detection method called MAE (Memory Autoencoder). The effectiveness of the model have been tested on different types of data. The results show that compared with mainstream models, the MAE not only improves the anomaly detection effect, but also has better versatility.
