Layla Abd al Jaleel Mohsen, Atared Saad Jebur AL-Mashhadi, Rajaa Abdulameer Ghafil · 2021

The review talks about the use of mathematical programs in accounting for engineering systems, as software engineering was used as a theoretical concept from time to time in the late fifties and early sixties of the last century. The conference was held to address the so-called Software Crisis, which emerged due to the failure to use a methodology in thinking (Software Development Process) when building software, which led to the emergence of many errors during the process of building and maintaining software, and consequently, the software needed a great deal of time to develop and maintain a higher financial cost that was estimated for it. Effectiveness is also by failure to fully meet all requirements.
