Through this, the purpose of this study is to prepare countermeasures for the formation of a value chain for intermediate parts, which are Korean parts and material products, to foster SMEs, and to establish external trade relations. Research design, data, methodology : The analysis questionnaire was prepared using a nominal scale and a sequential scale, and cognitive surveys were conducted regarding general export restrictions and boycotts of Japan's export regulations. The Likert 5-point scale using 1 point was used, and the collected data was analyzed by frequency, cross-analysis, and t-test of the corresponding sample using the SPSS 26.0 program. Results : The result of the analysis of the rational solution should firstly be held for the Korea-Japan Summit. The second most responsive item is the withdrawal of Japan's voluntary export restrictions. The third is a rational solution to the Korea-Japan problem through compensation and apology for forced employment by Japanese companies. Fourth, it is the WTO's complaint and the judgment accordingly. Fifth, the US mediation should solve the problem. Conclusions : Looking at the stage of industrial development between Korea and Japan, Korea's global competitiveness, technology, product productivity, and GVC (Global Value Chain) have been established, and have entered into an equal relationship. Therefore, it is true that Korean university students are generally responding to Japan's export restrictions, and are also stubborn in terms of history.
