Currently, the issues related to the air traffic control of unmanned aerial vehicles, as well as the elimination of threats from their use in a terrorist orientation, are of particular relevance. Airspace monitoring systems form the basis of this direction. The solution to this problem is seen in the implementation of a multi-stage integrated approach, linking into a single whole the development of principles for constructing detection and tracking systems for low-altitude, sedentary and small-sized unmanned aerial vehicles, theoretical foundations for the reception and integrated processing of scattered ultra-short-pulse radar and optical signals, as well as new architectural solutions for building equipment implementing these methods. The novelty of the developed methods is provided by the original mathematical apparatus for subband signal processing, which is based on the properties of subband matrices and their eigenvectors, which form a natural orthonormal complete basis of the space of the corresponding dimension. The article is devoted to the generalization of the developed methods for spatial image processing in the optical and infrared bands at the conceptual level for implementation of semantic and associative-ontological analysis by the infological system in order to reliably assess threats posed by unmanned aerial vehicles.
