The paper presents an analysis of the influence of the shape of the tooth-slot layer on the coefficient of magnetic conductivity. The results of calculating the slot conductivities of the inductor exciter are presented. The implementation of typical equations that determins the ratio of magnetic conductivity of the slot scattering in each section of the tooth-slot layer is evaluated.
