Nano-electronics (nanotechnology in electronic components) requires the electronic devices to be designed so compact that quantum - mechanical aspects of the materials have to be taken into consideration. QCA is one such logic providing a path to design in such a zone. This paper provides efficient combinational arithmetic circuits like full adder, full subtractor and comparator designed using the QCA. QCA version 2.0.3 has been employed to design, simulate and verify the circuits.
