The accuracy of channel state information (CSI) is important in wireless networks due to its effects on the network performance including the network capacity. Therefore, the conception of imperfect CSI in a wireless network is crucial. In this paper, we introduce a training protocol, which uses channel estimation and feedforwarding methods together in a wireless relay network. In the feedforwarding method, the distinct feature of this protocol, each relay feedforwards the imperfect CSI to the destination in a way that provides higher network capacity and faster transfer of CSI to the destination than other training protocols in the literature. In addition, we show the importance of effective CSI accuracy on the wireless relay network capacity by comparing networks with perfect effective CSI, imperfect effective CSI, and noisy imperfect effective CSI available at the destination.
