Rüşvetle ve Yolsuzlukla Mücadelede Ortaklaşa Eylem Yöntemi (Collective Action Method in the Fight Against Bribery and Corruption)

Turkish Abstract: Makalemiz, Turkiye’deki rusvete ve yolsuzluga iliskin bilincin ve alginin degistirilmesinin ve rusvet ve yolsuzluk seviyelerinin toplumun her kademesinde azaltilmasinin “kolektif eylem” ile gerceklestirilmesi mumkun olabilecegi dusuncesiyle kaleme alinmis, yolsuzluk ve rusvetle mucadelenin yalnizca hukumet ve devletlere birakilmamasi gerektigi, bireylerin, sivil toplum kuruluslarinin ve ozel sektorun de bu mucadelede uzerine duseni yapmasi ve bu amacta kolektif eylem planlarinin uygulamaya gecirilmesi gerektigi ifade edilmistir. English Abstract: Our article argues that a collective action method should be adopted in order to increase awareness against bribery and corruption, change how they are perceived in Turkey and reduce the level of bribery and corruption at every layer of the society. In this regard, we argue that combatting against bribery and corruption should not be left solely to the governments and the states, but rather include efforts from citizens, non-governmental organizations and private sector. With this in mind, we argue that it is time to realize the collective action plans in the fight against bribery and corruption.
