This project proposes a design of all optical binary to gray code converter. It converts input binary code into gray code output and these codes are appropriate for error recognition in optical communication. The gray code counters include the piece grouping so that next state implies the slightest bit change. Binary to gray code converter has a benefit of optical information preparing like quick information rate and gives resistant to climatic obstruction. The designs, being reversible in nature, will lead to less power consumption when embedded in an optical network. The plan of code converters which shapes the essential structure squares of all advanced VLSI circuits has been going through an impressive improvement, being persuaded by fundamental plan objectives, limiting the semiconductor check, limiting the force utilization. The logic gates structure the essential structure square of code converters. Upgrading the presentation of the logic gates can fundamentally improve the exhibition of the code converters. In this undertaking, the usefulness of the proposed binary to gray code converter utilizing Li-Nb can be examined dependent on boundaries like Extinction Ratio and Operating Power. In this project, the maximum extinction ratio obtained is 43dB at a bit rate of 20 Gb/s. As needs be, this examination may be a help for the moving toward optical registering complex networks for the contemporary advanced globe, requiring code change together of the basic practices.
