A Kuran type theorem involving positive solutions of the modified Helmholtz equation

A Kuran type theorem characterizing analytically balls in the Euclidean space ${\bf R}^m$ is proved. It involves the volume mean value property, but for solutions of the modified Helmholtz equation instead of harmonic functions used in Kuran's theorem. Moreover, this property is used for positive solutions only.
