This paper proposes a service-driven data management framework for electric power sensor networks. This proposed model has the following advantages: lower communication congestion risk, lower cloud center burden, better privacy protection, and more economical investment solutions. Subsequently, this paper analyzes the types of services that can sink to the edge in the typical services scenarios of power transmission, transformation, and distribution. We also present the cloud-edge-end collaborative data management hierarchical structure and data stream characteristics of typical service types. Finally, we use three typical scenarios as examples to illustrate the effectiveness of the cloud-edge-end collaborative data management framework proposed in this paper.
