Undoubtedly complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) is one of the propitious mechanizations in order to delineate a circuit but CMOS has a whole bunch of self-inadequacy. The forthcoming technologies has to be realized for revamping the absolute competence of the circuits and systems. To find a reasonable solution of aforesaid, a new option in form of quantum-dot cellular automata (QCA) should be heavily invested in. It is an unrenowned yet a potent nanoscale technology which has transpired with its commanding attributes of being nimble, having concentrated circuit, erase and ultra-low power utilization. It is fetching itself as favored replacement in present day and is analogues to subsisting technologies of modern time. In this paper, block coding 3B/4B is administered in QCA technology and substantiated the feature using QCA designer tool.
