Smart online Korean language guiding effect evaluation system based on spectrum visualization is designed and implemented in this paper. The greedy algorithm in sparse representation has been widely used in speech compression and also noise reduction processing. Based on this popular method, this research work has designed the novel spectrum visualization model. The data collection model is designed and the data analytic framework is then optimized. The evaluation system considers the fuzzy and neural computing. The experiment is conducted on the collected data set. Compared with the other approaches, the proposed model has the better evaluation performance.
