Fusion Technology on the Condition of Information Deficiency Based on Improved IOWA-D-S Evidence Theory

Aiming at the problem of information fusion in deficient data condition on airborne platform, we propose a fusion technology based on improved IOWA operator and D-S evidence theory in this paper. Firstly, aiming at the incomplete information of the enemy's radiator that is likely to occur in actual situation, we propose that predicting deficient data by introducing IOWA operator and form a complete information system. Then, to fuse the information system by making use of the improved D-S evidence theory. Simulation experiment results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper is much more effective in fusing information.
