A motion based object detection method

To improve the performance of motion detection and object detection in security monitor, a motion based object detection method is proposed. Combining motion detection, target detection is proposed. This method first improved the accuracy of motion detection, then combined the result of motion detection and object detection. The experimental results show that proposed method can effectively improve the detection of small targets, reduce the false detection and negative detection rate, and decrease the computing cost.
