We propose a novel SaaS platform, namely, motch to support the operation of the IoT systems developed by the end-users. The proposed motch consists of three modules to monitor the availability of various IoT devices to enable the end-users to easily operate their own IoT system: 1) survival report realization in various IoT devices, 2) Web front-end, and 3) serverless back-end. Performance evaluation shows that the proposed motch SDK and motch daemon can realize availability monitoring for various IoT devices. In addition, the serverless back-end achieves adequate running costs according to the required computational resource for the motch.
