It is with great pleasure that I present to you this volume, the Conference Record of the 1995 Conference on Real-Time Computer Applications in Nuclear Particle and Plasma Physics. Over the years, these Real-Time Conferences have become the leaning international conference discussing the issues involved in using computers in support of nuclear, particle and plasma experimental physics.
