Temperature and Humidity Sensor

This chapter shows how to use a temperature and humidity sensor. It can keep track for climate and atmosphere changes, humidity and temperature readings. The sensor includes a resistive sense of wet components and a Negative Temperature Coefficient (NTC) temperature measurement device that is connected with a high-performance 8-bit microcontroller. NTC thermistors are resistors with a negative temperature coefficient which means that the resistance decreases with increasing temperature. DHT11 digital temperature and humidity sensor is a composite sensor which contains a calibrated digital signal output for the temperature and humidity. The temperature and humidity sensor can upload its weather readings to the cloud and store it there. These weather reading can be used for smart buildings or home to detect weather conditions, turn on/off heaters and air conditions, or adjust climate control appliances.
