Incremental data capturing(IDC) is an important measure to improve the efficiency of parameter distribution and configuration in wireless networks to transmit the incremental part of the network planning configuration parameters. In order to solve the problems of large volume of network full-parameter files and inconvenience of wireless transmission, this paper compares and analyzes Oracle's existing incremental data capturing technology, proposes a log analysis-based incremental data capturing method and a redundancy elimination method which is suitable for wireless heterogeneous network planning. The proposed methods simplify the volume of network configuration parameter files, reduces the amount of network configuration parameters, also reduces the maintenance burden of network planners, which are suitable for realizing the distribution and update of wireless communication network planning configuration parameters, and also have certain reference value for incremental data synchronization in other wireless system's distributed databases.
