Handwritten character recognition is frequently a frontier area of study in the field of prototype recognition and image processing and there is a large involve for OCR on hand written credentials. Even though, passable studies have perform in foreign scripts like Chinese, Japanese and Arabic characters, simply a very few work can be traced for handwritten disposition recognition of entire world scripts.
