Foreign language online guiding based on the computer network ecological environment and data mining is studied in this paper. Further, a multi-source network data privacy protection method is designed based on a private blockchain. Before encrypting the data, we cluster the data based on the multi-source network data information flow model. The extraction process is called the information flow feature. The set formed by all the above information flow features is called the information flow feature set. We consider the mentioned systematic flow to design the robust MOOCs system. When testing the performance of the system, an information flow control security mechanism is adopted, which will affect system performance to a certain extent. Compared with the state-of-the-art models, it outperforms.
