Hardware Accelerator for Runtime Temperature Estimation in Many-Cores

This article proposes a solution, based on a suitable HW accelerator, to allow temperature estimation in complex many-core devices. This solution allows detecting possible safe temperature violations, thus better guaranteeing the required reliability.
