This paper is one of a series of papers which use hypergraph, block design, queuing theory and mathematical programming as theoretical bases to deal with the analysis and synthesis of multibus system. New theoretical and practical topics have been revealed and a primitive design theory of the analysis and synthesis of multibus has been advanced.
