The basic thinking about the development of the system science, signal and information processing

In development of human society, information systems supported by science and technology are an indispensable tool in service of people. Their services to people are concretely embodied in continuous of their subsystem functions, and promotion tends to further correlate with advances of many disciplines, including signal processing, one with particular importance. This paper starts with general used system theories, then discusses in multiple levels how people bring into full play initiative to acquire information and technology to upgrade information systems, and also ofers in-depth ideas on how to apply theory of the evolution of evolution mechanism to information feld so as to advance development of science and technology.
