L2 optimal decentralised static output feedback stabilisation of a network of dynamical systems

Prathyush P. Menon, Christopher Edwards, Ian Postlethwaite · 2009

In this paper global L2stabilisation of a network of dynamical systems is attained. Local decentralised static output feedback control is employed. The proposed synthesis procedure guarantees an upper bound on the achievable L2performance in the presence of disturbances. The conditions for the existence of such a controller are posed as an iterative LMI optimisation problem. A randomly generated academic example with 12 nodes is considered to demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed methodology.
