Survey on Data Deduplication Techniques for Securing Data in Cloud Computing Environment

In recent years, the growth of data is generated at a very high speed by number of consumers. Cloud Computing comes up with a solution of storing that data without expanding so much cost. Deduplication is finding the duplicate data when compared with one or more data base or data sets. This paper explained and categorizes data deduplication techniques applied on stored data in distributed computing condition to provide security when database size expands. In this study the authors elaborated the coordinating procedures of scrambled information and open difficulties for information deduplication.
