The development of science and technology project management system can improve the efficiency of the technology management work,strengthening the scientificness,the systematicity and the standardness of the science and technology project management system.This paper elaborates the design to carry out science and technology project management system with a B/S structure in the NET frame condition,introducing the total structure design of the science and technology project management system,and system realization of technical support.
