On Regular Semigroups with Multiplicative Orthodox Transversals

In this paper,the concept and the properties of multiplicative orthodox transversals are introduced.Two equivalent conditions are then offered.Finally,a structure theorem for regular semigroups with multiplicative orthodox transversals is put forward.
