Development of hydrological model system based on WebGIS

Because of their characteristics,the integration of hydrological model and GIS has received much attention. This paper discussed the necessity and the development of the integration,introduced the normal ways of integrating hydrological model and GIS. At last,it used TOPMODEL as the experimental model,gave the way of integrating of hydrological model and WebGIS,and built a hydrological model system based on WebGIS. The result proved the applicability of the system.
