Deep Learning based Real-time Mobile Obscenity Detection System for Personal Broadcasting

In this paper, we propose a real-time mobile obscenity detection system for personal broadcasting. The proposed system inspects video frames in broadcast using a deep learning model and adaptively adjust inspection interval to detect obscenity quickly with low battery consumption.
