The recent rapid growth of cloud computing technology, Number of data owner using cloud services for storage, computation and sharing of the digital content is increasing rapidly. Digital water marking technology has been extensively used in Digital right management to protect unauthorized distribution of digital media. In this Seller, watermark certification authority (WCA) and Cloud Service Provider (CSP ) work together to embed a digital watermark which can uniquely identify the buyer and seller of each sold copy, without allowing seller to learn watermark or access final copy of digital watermarked content. Digital water marking technology can be used effectively if it follows a specific set of protocols. A number of protocols have been proposed to protect ownership of digital media, however, most of them supports selling product in the first hand market, With the increased uses of cloud based services and e-commerce there is a need for secondary market solution. In this paper, we designed a cloud based protocol which effectively supports selling of digital products up to n‟ level of secondary market, at each level a new watermark will be inserted, so the quality of digital product will be also get degraded as in the case of second hand non digital product, thus save original owner financial prospects. Our proposed protocol is based on the Public key infrastructure and uses asymmetric key cryptography for authenticating communication between entities. It addresses the various issues like, tracing pirates, customer right problem, binding problem, anonymity problem and also support Multi-Level Sells of digital products.
