The constricted mayfly optimization algorithm

In this paper, an improvement was proposed to increase the capability of optimization for the newly raised mayfly optimization (MO) algorithm. Simulation experiments were carried out and the results verified that the constriction factors for the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm would also be capable in improving the MO algorithm, whereas with ignorable incensements at most times.
