Artificial intelligence (AI) is a branch of computer science that deals with helping machines find solutions to complex problems in a more human-like fashion. AI involves the development of computer systems that can perform tasks normally requiring human intelligence, such as visual perception, speech recognition, decision-making, and translation between languages. It has been changing and improving the field of computer science through more advanced programming techniques. This paper examines the current and future roles of AI in computer science.
