Stegano-Compression Coding in a Non-Equalible Positional Base

An approach to the construction of a stegano-compression coding in a non-equilible position base presented. The relevance of this approach to the processing of video containers is due to a number of limitations and shortcomings inherent in standardized methods (eg, LSB) based on the JPEG platform. The proposed method allows you to combine the encoding operation with the embedding of a hidden message.
