The Geographic routing has been used as an eye-catching approach for resource-constrained Wireless Multimedia Sensor Networks (WMSNs) since it exploits local location information instead of global topology information to route data. In Wireless Multimedia Sensor Networks, the recent research focuses on detecting the hole in advance. Since, the multipath packet routing approach suffers their performance with the occurrence of the routing hole in various environments such as buildings and obstacles, large distance between source and destination, resulting in route failure. Energy Hole detection is a very cumbersome problem for providing efficient data delivery in the routing path. Before constructing the routing path, the hole should be identified, the path may be shifted and bypass the holes for achieving load balance. In this paper, a Poisson Based Energy Hole prediction is proposed to address these issues in WMSNs. The solution predicts the energy hole in advance and provides solution for route shifting and achieves load balancing in Multimedia Sensor Networks.
