In recent years, the need for programming has increased. Active learning is effective for mastering programming. In particular, it is important to solve many problems. However, it is difficult for teachers to create problems by themselves. In some subjects, there are cases of education by creating similar questions. In this paper, we describe the JavaScript e-Learning Laboratory (JeLL), which is a similar problem creation system for learning programming. Using the JeLL, students answer each other's questions. In this paper, we describe the design and implementation of the JeLL.
