Steganography is the strategy for concealing mystery data like content, secret phrase, picture and sound behind unique spread record. In current days Internet of Things (IoT) is increasing its popularity due to its advanced feature of transferring the data from one location to another location per every second. Although it is having a lot of user’s attention but still it is having a main limitation like security is a challenging task. There are a lot of primitive methods for enabling security of IoT data transfer but neither of the methods provides complete security. In this proposed thesis we try to improve the security by concentrating on user authentication and data privacy, for this we try to integrate two techniques in the current application .One technique is steganography which will hide all the sensitive information very secretly and accurately from the un-authorized users and another one is cryptography technique which is used to encrypt confidential data that came from different medical sources. In this proposed thesis work we try to use Elliptic Curve Cryptography as an alternative to traditional techniques for public key cryptography, it involves very less number of bits suitable for resource constrained and wireless applications without compromising on the security level. Next, a Least Significant Bit (LSB) Encoding steganography technique is used to embed the encrypted data into a low complexity image. By conducting various experiments on our proposed integrated methods on some random images, our comparison results clearly state that our proposed approach give high level of security for the user data while transfer under IOT cloud devices with very less time complexity.
