IoT USN system and hybrid architecture application

Based on the "Ministry of Industry and Information Technology-Research on the Internet of Things Technology in the Shipbuilding Process of Waigaoqiao", this article analyzes three IoT systems: USN, SWE, and RFID, and three IoT architectures: REST, centralized, and distributed, integrating centralized architecture and distributed architecture, and propose an IoT network architecture of hybrid manufacturing plant equipment nodes. Combined with the ship segment manufacturing workshop of Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., the overall topology of the workshop IoT that integrates three network forms such as WSN, and the three-dimensional and hierarchical four-layer IoT architecture of the workshop under the USN system are designed.At the same time, in conjunction with the "China Intelligent Manufacturing 2025" strategy, shipbuilding will be improved to a more advanced level, and it will better support the national marine development strategy.
