Finite-time inner-outer synchronization of two dynamical networks via distributed pinning impulsive control

This study focuses on finite-time inner-outer synchronization problem of complex networks with time delays on time scales. Based on the distributed pinning impulsive controller strategies, this problem is addressed. And some effective conditions are obtained. To demonstrate the validity of the control methods, an example is given.
