Turn Real People into Anime Cartoonization

This paper presents two different methods to turn real people's photos into anime. The first method trains photo2cartoon codes with a totally different dataset. The second method divides cartoonization into three steps, which are: converting original image into line drawing, drawing color hints on line drawing, and finally colorizing. In order to train faster and take smaller spaces, a lighten method called LWAnimeGAN is developed. Our method is easy to implement and understand, and our goal is to save space and time for cartoonists.
