Sparse Acquisition Geometries with Minimum Mutual Coherence
Boris N. Kuvshinov · 2020
Summary A method is described to design sparse acquisition grids that minimize mutual coherence between Fourier components of the measured signals. The designs are bases on difference set patterns. The grids are non-rectangular in a general case. It is shown that for any given difference set one can construct a nearly square grid that can be sparsified according to the pattern of this difference set.
