With the dramatic development of Information Communication Technology (ICT), the Internet has become a major source for the dissemination of intellectual property. The Internet not only changed the [traditional] rules of distribution and dissemination of information, it brought great challenges to traditional business models and legal enforcement of copyrights. The development of digital technology has greatly reduced the cost of making multiple copies and has facilitated the dissemination of online materials. This brings great conveniences, but also enables widespread piracy.
