Natural Language Processing (NLP) is one ofthe most important research areas in HumanLanguage. One of the challenges in Natural LanguageProcessing (NLP) is to resolve ambiguous homonymsor homonym errors in sentences. Myanmar HomonymDisambiguation System is the kind of Word SenseDisambiguation System in Natural LanguageProcessing. This system is needed for Myanmar WordSegmentation and Spell Checker System. If thesentence contains incorrect homonyms, this sentencecannot be segmented correctly. Moreover, incorrectusage of homonyms is a common problem in Myanmarto English translation. In this paper, MyanmarHomonym Disambiguation System has beendescribed. This system detects homonym errors orambiguous homonyms and then resolves these errorsby using Corpus-Based N-Gram Model. MyanmarText Corpus is also needed in calculation of N-GramModel for this system. After resolving homonymerrors, the system will output the sentence with correcthomonyms.
