Accessing the Best Path Using Dijkstra Algorithm & GIS for Mobile Cloud Systems

Due to criminal cases and its negative aspects on citizens lives and health, for example, causing severe injuries, transitional or epidemic diseases, and other matters related to the health sector. All of these problems require immediate solutions and quick reactions from the concerned authorities, but some obstacles cause obstruction of these solutions, for example when a problem or an accident occurs in a specific place such as a kidnapping accident, it is difficult for the concerned authorities to reach the accident site with the required accuracy and time required This means taking a short and expressway to arrive in time to resolve the problem. In this paper, and to solve such problems, we propose a system by which the shortest path on the map can be determined using the program (QGIS) and the (Dijkstra) algorithm to determine the shortest path between the accident sites and the nearest point where the officials of the relevant authorities are present.
